I am introducing myself and my business. My name is Gaetano Ricci and I am the owner and founder of Dolce Amore Artisan Cookies specializes in the production of organic and natural cookies. The inspiration for my products starts from my sweet memories as a child in Italy. Every holiday season I would prep and bake cookies with my mom. The passion was born, as I learned from her to make all recipes hands on, with fresh ingredients and folding in traditions to make cookies taste amazing.
I introduced my products to grocery stores in the beginning of 2023 and I am glad to serve some of the finest specialty grocery stores in Cleveland and Columbus area. My goal now is to continue to grow in Ohio and promote our delicious products in other States. I make my cookies in memory of my mom with organic flour, organic sugar, butter and natural ingredients. I also make peanut butter from scratch using roasted unsalted peanuts. I don’t use GMO, preservatives, palm oil, fillers, margarines, sugar syrup. The rich combination of ingredients makes each one irresistible, just like my sweet childhood memories. Each cookie tastes like an old fashion experience, I am offering a variety of unique flavors and combination of fruits and nuts.
